Ever since I can remember I always wanted to be an artist. I started art lessos at the age of eight and continued until high school. I attended the High School of Art and Design and Fashion Institute of Technology majoring in fashion illustration at both. Immediately after graduation I worked in a few department store's advertising departments doing fashion illustrations for their newspaper ads. Nine to five was not for me, so I began freelancing and for the next fifty years, I worked as a commercial illustrator for clients in the advertising, fashion, packaging and editorial fields After years of experimenting with different styles and techniques I began working digitally in Adobe Illustrator in 1995 and fell in love with drawing on the computer.

I moved to Sun City with my husband Jay Dorin five years ago after living in New York, Houston, New Orleans, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, Mill Valley, Oregon and Rhinebeck NY. I seem to enjoy moving! I helped start the art Clubs digital arts group and am thrilled to see club members enjoy using their art skills on the computer. I am totally grateful to the art club for keeping me inspired to do more art and to experiment with new ideas.
