GUIDELINES
FOR FRAMING AND PREPARING YOUR ART FOR DISPLAY

It is important to remember that our portable display walls are covered in fabric, and exceeding the size and weight limit will damage the panels. The panels are 36 inches wide.
-
Maximum size including frame 1248 square inches total.
-
Maximum total weight of the framed art not to exceed 7 pounds.
-
Art must be framed. If unframed, must be 1 ½ inch wrapped canvas with all edges finished.
-
Install eye screws or D-rings horizontally. Position D-rings or eye screws 1/3 way down from the top. Exception: If the painting has less than a 12” vertical dimension, the wire should be about ½ way down. (No saw tooth hangers will be accepted.)
-
Install hanging wire. Braided or vinyl-coated (available in the AAA closet) may be used. Stretch the wire taut between D-rings or eye screws. Fasten. Cover the ends of the wire with tape, so no one gets hurt.
