The Portrait Workshop is one of the new tuition-free workshops in the Genesis Series offered at All About Art.
We get together to practice drawing the human face. The event is led by Trish Jedrick and Kathe Kline.
Here’s how it works: When you check in, your name is put in a hat. If your name is drawn, you’ll sit in a chair, and be our model for 15 minutes. There is very little formal instruction. We just draw. After 15 minutes we stroll around the tables, look at each other’s efforts and share techniques and impressions. It’s no-stress fun.
Bring your own sketch pad, pencils, and erasers.
